Returns will be accepted within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Personalized and final sale orders are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment minus the non-refundable shipping fees.
Processing times for refunds vary, please contact us if you have not been credited within 2 weeks.
